I'm an intensivist and complex care specialist with a longevity-focused practice, and a Clinical Instructor in the UBC Faculty of Medicine, where I teach residents and medical students.

Most of my career has been spent with patients at the sharp end of chronic disease. What I've learned is that the biggest gains in health are won long before the hospital, in the daily choices people make between appointments. I built FORME so that every patient can have that support, guided by their own clinic.
