What happens to the medical records I upload?

They are read, the relevant results are extracted, and the original file is permanently deleted.

When you upload a lab report or other document, FORME reads it, extracts the results that matter for your plan, and then permanently deletes the original file. We keep the information, not the document.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold.

The data is yours. You can download a copy, or delete your account yourself at any time from Settings, which completely deletes all of your data.
