Who owns my health data?

You do. You stay in control of your entire data set: download a copy any time, and delete your account whenever you choose. When you do, all of your data is completely deleted.

Your health data belongs to you, not to FORME and not to your clinic. FORME uses it to coach you and to give your care team the context they need to look after you. It is never sold or shared for advertising.

You stay in control of all of it. From Settings you can download a copy of your data at any time, and you can delete your account yourself. When you delete your account, all of your data is completely and permanently deleted, and your wearables are disconnected.

Uploaded documents are never kept in the first place: they are read, the relevant results extracted, and the original file permanently deleted.
