Can FORME follow my clinic's own protocols?

Yes. You upload your protocol, FORME extracts its rules, a clinician approves each one, and only approved rules are applied.

FORME comes preloaded with guideline-based longevity defaults (for example, movement programs based on ACSM, AHA/ACC and CCS guidance). Your clinic's protocols override those defaults wherever they overlap.

To add a protocol, you upload the document. FORME extracts its actionable rules in a simple form: when this happens, do this, and tell this person. A clinician on your team approves, edits or rejects each rule.

Only approved rules take effect, and they are applied by a rules engine, not improvised by the AI at the time. That keeps clinical decisions with your clinicians.
