For clinics

What does FORME do with patients' wearable data?

It reads wearable data together with your clinic's context (labs, medications, the approved plan and your protocols) to surface insight neither source gives on its own.

A wearable on its own reports numbers: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, activity. A clinic on its own sees the patient a few times a year. FORME brings the two together, and that combination produces insight that isn't otherwise available.

Wearable trends are read against the patient's own baseline and against age- and sex-based reference ranges, not just a device score. They are interpreted in light of what the clinic knows: lab results, medications and dose changes, the approved plan, care instructions and your clinic's protocol rules.

In practice that means the coach can connect a habit to a lab result (for example, consistent cardio alongside an improved LDL), ease a patient's plan on days their body data says they need it, apply a clinic rule such as an easier training week after a medication dose increase, and credit goals automatically when a workout is logged.

Your team sees the same picture in the practitioner portal, so the next visit starts from what actually happened between visits, not from memory.

Wearable readings are used for coaching and context, never as a diagnosis.
