For clinics

Who checks what the AI recommends to patients?

Your practitioners. Each patient's plan is reviewed and approved by the clinic before the patient sees it, and corrections teach the system.

When a patient joins, FORME drafts a plan from their intake, documents and wearable data. The plan stays hidden from the patient until a practitioner at your clinic reviews, edits and approves it.

When a practitioner corrects something FORME suggested, that correction is saved and becomes a rule the coach follows for your clinic from then on.

Safety checks run alongside the coach: messages that suggest a crisis switch the coach into safety mode, show crisis resources and alert your practitioners, and medical values that are implausible are flagged instead of being used.
